Register and board the shuttle at the Nepean Sportsplex. The site is outdoors and gated, rain or shine.

  1. 1Register at the Nepean SportsplexAll attendees check in here first, at the North-East lot, 1701 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa ON K2G 1W2. This is where the day starts.
  2. 2Board the shuttleShuttles run every 10–15 minutes between the Sportsplex and the site, all day. There is no attendee parking at the site.
  3. 3Arrive on siteThe site is secure and gated. Follow staff in orange vests from the drop-off.

Dress for the fieldThis is an outdoor working site, rain or shine. Wear closed footwear and dress for the weather.Bring a water bottle — there's a free refill station at the Picnic Tent, so you can top up during the day.
